Coaching Psychology’s practice may be described as a process for enhancing wellbeing and performance in personal life, educational and work domains. It is underpinned by coaching models grounded in established adult and child learning theories or psychological theories and approaches. Coaching psychology is a field of applied psychology that applies psychological theories and concepts to the practice of coaching. It aims to increase performance, achievement and wellbeing in individuals, teams and organizations by utilizing evidence-based methods grounded in scientific research. The course will explore the link between biblical concepts of coaching psychology and theological coaching theories.
