This qualification sits within a suite of EL-ROI London Bible Academy L3 qualifications from Biblical Psychology school called the International Level 3 Qualifications in Biblical Psychology. Each qualification has a credit value of 60. Learners may choose to study one or more of this suite’s qualifications. Extending the learning to more than one qualification will increase knowledge, understanding and the development of a range of study skills in the field of Biblical Psychology. It will also increase the total number of credits achieved, so learners are more qualified to access higher education in Biblical Psychology.

The Level 3 Diplomas within the International Level 3 Qualifications in Biblical Psychology are designed to meet the needs of learners who are progressing from a study at Level 2 and those who are returning to learning. This includes those seeking to advance to higher education in biblical psychology entering the workforce of Christian ministry, including a higher level of Christian ministry or wishing to succeed in their careers in biblical psychology  Learners may be aged 16/19, who have recently been in education or training, or those aged 19 plus. More mature learners are likely to present a more varied profile of achievement and experience.

The typical minimum requirements for learners who have recently been in education or training is likely to include one of the following:

  • 5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above or Grade 4 and above
  • Another related level 2 subjects
  • Other equivalent international qualifications.

Learners will need to have an appropriate Level 2 standard in English to access resources and complete the unit assignments.

Assessment for each Unit is completed based on the Learning Outcomes’ achievement at the Unit’s Assessment Criteria standards. Therefore, the learner can achieve a Pass or Fail for each Unit based on the quality of the work submitted and the assessor’s judgments made against the criteria provided.

The ELBA Level 3 Diploma assessment in Biblical Psychology is completed by submitting internally assessed learner work. This work is subject to external moderation or verification. Each Unit is assessed by written course work of 1000 word count.
